• How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to have all orders lovingly packed and posted within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will then depend on Australia Post, so please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

• What is your return policy? 

As our products are food-based, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us straight away at connect@mummacacao.com.au and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
